Fried Arvi Or Colcassia

- 1 kg Arvi/Colcassia shopping list
- 1 medium onion,sliced shopping list
- 1 tsp white cumin seeds shopping list
- Pinch of nigella shopping list
- 1 tbsp salt(or to taste) shopping list
- 2-3 Green Chillies,chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash arvi/colcassia.Let it dry,then peel and slice in thin slices,lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced onion till light browned.
- Add cumin seeds and nigella.Fry for few seconds,then add arvi/colcassia,green chillies and salt.
- Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes on medium heat ,stirring ocassionaly.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook,uncovered,stirring ocassionaly until arvi/colcassia is tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish.Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with Roti/Naan.
