How to make it

  • Wash arvi/colcassia.Let it dry,then peel and slice in thin slices,lengthwise.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced onion till light browned.
  • Add cumin seeds and nigella.Fry for few seconds,then add arvi/colcassia,green chillies and salt.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes on medium heat ,stirring ocassionaly.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cook,uncovered,stirring ocassionaly until arvi/colcassia is tender.
  • Transfer to a serving dish.Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with Roti/Naan.
