How to make it

  • Combine melted butter and lemon juice in a shallow dish.
  • Dip fillets inbutter mixture, and place in an ungreased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle fillets evenly with Creole seasoning.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20minutes.
  • Sprinkle fillets evenly with almonds, and bake an additional 10
  • minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Transferfillets to a serving platter.
  • Serve immediately.
