How to make it
- Combine melted butter and lemon juice in a shallow dish.
- Dip fillets inbutter mixture, and place in an ungreased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle fillets evenly with Creole seasoning.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20minutes.
- Sprinkle fillets evenly with almonds, and bake an additional 10
- minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Transferfillets to a serving platter.
- Serve immediately.
