Ingredients

1 whole chicken

1 package yellow rice

Directions

Place whole chicken in crock pot, seasoned with salt and margarine. Cook all day. Remove from crock pot, and strain all broth. Use broth in the place of water, and cook one package of yellow rice mix according to directions (rice has all of the seasonings). While rice is cooking, remove all chicken from the bones. When rice is cooked nearly dry, add the chicken and mix well.
