How to make it

  • Put all ingredients except walnuts in large bowl
  • Mix well
  • Fold in nuts
  • Bake at 350 in greased Bundt pan for approx 1 hour
  • Cool several minutes before removing from pan
  • glaze warm cake with 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon orange juice.
