How to make it

  • Mix cake mix with butter until crumbly.
  • Pat 2 1/2 cups of mixture into 9 x 13 can pan.
  • Bake for 10 min.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top.
  • Drop Tablespoonfuls of frosting on baked crust.
  • Add 1/4 cup milk to remaining dry mixture and drop by teaspoonfuls on top of frosting.
  • Bake an additional 23-30 min. until outer edge is firm and middle is bubbling.
  • Cool for 4 hours in frig. before cutting.
  • Cut into small pieces - this is very rich.
