Super Easy German Choc Brownies

This is a great dessert to share with friends. It is so easy and simple to make. This chocolate delight is sinfully rich and wonderful.

Mix cake mix with butter until crumbly.
Pat 2 1/2 cups of mixture into 9 x 13 can pan.
Bake for 10 min.
Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top.
Drop Tablespoonfuls of frosting on baked crust.
Add 1/4 cup milk to remaining dry mixture and drop by teaspoonfuls on top of frosting.
Bake an additional 23-30 min. until outer edge is firm and middle is bubbling.
Cool for 4 hours in frig. before cutting.
Cut into small pieces - this is very rich.
