How to make it

  • Preheat olive oil in pan
  • Cut and prep chicken into strips if bought whole
  • Add 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard in bag
  • Put chicken in bag and coat with mustard
  • Put 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in shallow bowl
  • Coat Dijon pieces with cheese
  • Fry chicken in olive oil until cooked through
  • Serve
  • If desired serve with red sauce

    In my book Stir, Laugh, Repeat I make a mustard pork chop that is delicious. I coat it with mustard, cover it with a seasoned breading mixture and bake. It's moist and so good. This sounds good too and I will be making it.
