Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Bottled Russian Salad Dressing
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber,seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery,finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Green Pepper,finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Onion,finely chopped

Directions
  1. In saucepan mix salad dressing,cornstarch,and mustard.
  2. Add vegetables.
  3. Cook and stir till mixture boils,about 5 minutes,stirring often.
  4. Spoon mixture into container,cool.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Serve with cold meats or hamburgers.
