Kentucky Pecan Pie

This famous Kentucky pie has been published under many different names since the name and original Derby Pie recipe is copyrighted. This is a big Kentucky favorite.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 tbsp bourbon shopping list
- 3/4 cup Karo syrup shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup pecans shopping list
- 1 9 inch pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well and add chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
