Ingredients
  • 8 English muffins, halved
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Any good melting cheese....Cheddar, Gruyere, American, or even Velveeta

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Toast all the muffins lightly
  3. Put bacon in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked to your preference
  5. Drain on papaer towel
  6. Put toasted muffin halves on another baking sheet
  7. Top with tomato, bacon, and cheese
  8. Bake until cheese melts
