Open faced English Muffin Sandwiches

- Serves 6
A favorite when the tomatoes are right from the garden
Ingredients
- 8 English muffins, halved shopping list
- 1 lb. bacon shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- Any good melting cheese....Cheddar, gruyere, American, or even Velveeta shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Toast all the muffins lightly
- Put bacon in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked to your preference
- Drain on papaer towel
- Put toasted muffin halves on another baking sheet
- Top with tomato, bacon, and cheese
- Bake until cheese melts
