My Perfect Meatloaf Recipe
i try and try everyones meatloaf i mean from bread crumbs to croutons mix in bacon and cheese on top, ive put everything in a meatloaf but nothing, no kind can beat this untimate meatloaf for me!

Ingredients
  • 1 lbs ground sirloin
  • 1 lbs ground pork atleased 10% fat
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 half glove garlic
  • splash red wine if in the house
  • splash of beef stock use double the splashes if no wine
  • 2 hardy slices of day old french bread or baugette with no crust
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups katchup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a dash worcestershire sauce
  • a small drizzle honey

Directions
  1. place milk in a small bowl with bread and let set aside
  2. in a large bowl combind meat chopped onion, small little bites, grate in a piece of garlic not too much you dont want one flavor to outride the other flavors add a splash or red wine and beef stock
  3. take out bread ans drain all the milk out, put this with your meat
  4. mix it all up not to much mixing though, youll get a hard lump, not good,
  5. i like to cook mine in a cast iron skillet make a large log like shape
  6. now mix up katchup salt pepper honey and worcestershire sauce
  7. and put it all over the top and put lots of it too
  8. i bake mine at 350 for an hour
  9. enjoy!!
