my perfect meatloaf

- 1 lbs ground sirloin shopping list
- 1 lbs ground pork atleased 10% fat shopping list
- 1 small yellow onion shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 half glove garlic shopping list
- splash red wine if in the house shopping list
- splash of beef stock use double the splashes if no wine shopping list
- 2 hardy slices of day old French bread or baugette with no crust shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups katchup shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- a dash worcestershire sauce shopping list
- a small drizzle honey shopping list
How to make it
- place milk in a small bowl with bread and let set aside
- in a large bowl combind meat chopped onion, small little bites, grate in a piece of garlic not too much you dont want one flavor to outride the other flavors add a splash or red wine and beef stock
- take out bread ans drain all the milk out, put this with your meat
- mix it all up not to much mixing though, youll get a hard lump, not good,
- i like to cook mine in a cast iron skillet make a large log like shape
- now mix up katchup salt pepper honey and worcestershire sauce
- and put it all over the top and put lots of it too
- i bake mine at 350 for an hour
- enjoy!!
