How to make it

  • Combine all salsa ingredients in mixing bowl and stir until well combined then chill.
  • Place all crust ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
  • Coat one side of each fillet with crust and allow to sit 15 minutes.
  • Heat canola in non stick sauté pan and sear crusted fillets over high heat for 1 minute per side.
  • Place fish crust side up on 4 serving plates and spoon salsa over and around each serving.
