Another great veal recipe sure to please all the veal lovers out there. This one is very tender and very creamy. Packed full of great tastes. I serve this with caribbean rice and dinner salad. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pound veal sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 medium apples peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt

Directions
  1. Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side then place in an ovenproof casserole.
  3. Add cored sliced apples.
  4. Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together then spread over apples.
  5. Place in a preheated 325 oven and cook for 30 minutes.
