How to make it

  • work salmon, cream cheese and herbs in a processor until smooth and pretty.
  • reserve 1-2 tbsp finely chopped herbs.
  • -
  • spread alfalfa sprouts on a large tray or flat dish
  • top each cucumber slice with 1 tbsp of salmon spread
  • arrange cucumber slices on top of alfalfa
  • sprinkle fresh herbs over the slices
  • -
  • serve immediately and don't let them sit too long in a warm room (foolish me, they won't last more than 10 minutes, they will all be eaten before then)
