as good as most thin crust pizzas, my Grandkids love these, we do too.

Ingredients
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • pizza sauce
  • mozz cheese grated
  • your favorite toppings, we like pepperoni and salami

Directions
  1. spread sauce on tortilla
  2. add cheese
  3. add topping or not
  4. cook on griddle until cheese has melted
  5. cut and serve
