This takes a bit of time, hard to say how much since you have to wait between the first and second layer.

Ingredients
  • FIRST LAYER
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • c1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • SECOND LAYER
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 container cool whip

Directions
  1. Disslove lime jello in boiling water.
  2. When partially set add pineapple and walnuts and pour into a jello salad mold
  3. Let set.
  4. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
  5. When jello is partially set, fold in cool whip and cottage cheese and pour over lime layer Let set.
