Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

I was dying for peanut butter fudge and a friend suggested this very easy recipe. It is some of the best fudge you will have and the easiest to make, too!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of peanut butter shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 Cups of Confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup of butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- 1) Microwave the butter and peanut butter on high until it is fully melted
- 2) While stirring the peanut butter and butter, add vanilla and confectioner's sugar (optional: mix in a cup of semi-sweet ground cocoa)
- 3) Stir until the consistency is smooth (hint, if you have a sifter, sift the confectioner's sugar before mixing)
- 4) Pour into an 8 x 8 inch pan
- 5) Refrigerate until hardened
- 7) Cut and enjoy
