Ingredients
  • 1 2 lb round steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cummin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 jalapino chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs oil
  • water to cover

Directions
  1. cut meat in cubes --into pan with oil brown
  2. after meat has browned,add flour,salt,pepper,cummin,garlic powder
  3. add onion,bell pepper,potatoes,jalapinos,tomatoes and enough water to cover
  4. cover and cook 30-45 minutes
  5. serve with rice, beans and tortillas
