How to make it
- Mix eggs,oil,water,and salt.
- Mix in the flour lightly.
- Do not work the mixture too much.
- Just enough ti give it an even texture,about 5 minutes.
- Let it rest 15-20 minutes.
- Bring 4quarts of water to a boil with 1-1/2 tbs salt.
- Dip a tbs into the boiling water(so the dough does not stick to spoon)
- With the spoon tear small pieces out of dumplings mixture.
- Dropping the pieces into the boiling water.
- When the dumplings have all surfaced to the top of the water.
- Turn off heat and remove them with a slotted spoon..
- Rinse them with could water and drain.
