Eggplant Fry

- 2 Long slender green eggplant - sliced and soaked in water for 15 mins , then drained shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli pwd shopping list
- 1 tsp meat pwd ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 tbsp white vinegar shopping list
- salt if needed . shopping list
How to make it
- Stir fry the eggplant slices on high heat for 2 mins .
- Turn the heat to medium and continue to stirfry .
- Once almost done add the spices and fry .
- When done , add the vinegar , mix well .
- Check the salt and remove .
