Hot Fudge Cake

Messy but good. Top it with ice cream and you'll go back for seconds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa-divided shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup hot water shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour,sugar,and 3 tablespoons cocoa.
- Add milk,oil,and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Spread batter into a lightly greased 9" baking pan.
- Combine remaining cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.
- Pour hot water over all. DO NOT STIR!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm topped with your favorite ice cream or whipped topping.
