This one has great Christmas colors! Buy pomegranate seeds already removed for quickness.

Ingredients
- 1 bag organic baby spinach
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds
- 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Wash and spin the spinach, arrange in a flatish bowl.
- Sprinkle on almonds, followed by feta cheese and finally the pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil table side so guests individually pour it as they like on their portion.
