Sweet apple pie filling with pork chops. If you never had apples and pork together you don't know what your missing! (food and family Fall 08)

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (6oz) Stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 1/2lb) 3/4 in thick

Directions
  1. Heat over to 375F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  2. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chops and stuffing. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake 30 mins; uncover. Bake an additional 10 min or until chops are cooked through. (160F)
