Easy Rhubarb Cake

This recipe showed me the light. The rhubarb light, that is. Incredibly easy and very flavorful. Great potluck item.
Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 5 c. diced fresh or frozen rhubarb shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake per package instructions;
- Pour batter into a greased 13 by 9 by 2 baking pan;
- Spread rhubarb chunks over the batter;
- Sprinkle with sugar;
- Pour cream over top;
- DO NOT MIX;
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or til cake tests done.
- Cut after it's cooled
