Chocolate Malted Frosting

this is a nice change from chocolate frosting...
Ingredients
- 1/2 c half and half shopping list
- 1/2 c instant malted milk powder shopping list
- 1 stick (4 oz) butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 c firmly packed unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 2 1/2 c powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine the half and half and malted milk powder.
- Stir to combine, and let stand 15 minutes to dissolve the powder.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cocoa.
- Add malted milk mixture and beat well.
- Add powdered sugar and beat on high.

This sounds really delicious. I'm saving it to try in the future. I'll bet I could add some more of the malted milk powder to a chocolate cake, frost it with this, and sprinkle crushed Whoppers candy on top. Yum!
