Heirloom Tomato And Watermelon Salad

- 6 to 8 heirloom tomatoes of varying colors, at room temperature shopping list
- 1 small to medium red watermelon (cantaloupe size) shopping list
- 2 Tbl EVOO shopping list
- 1 tsp cracked coriander seeds (place in a plastic bag or kitchen towel and whack with a meat mallet) shopping list
- sea salt and cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the tomatoes into chunks of varying sizes ( 1 to 1 1/2 inch)
- Cut the watermelon in the same fashion
- In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and gently toss, taking care not to bruise the fruit
- Sprinkle with the dill and parsley and serve immediately
