Dr Mercolas Asian Dressing Recipe
Taken from Dr. Mercola's cookbook and can be used for salads, vegetable pasta, meat marinade, or dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup raw sesame seed tahini, almond or peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brewed black tea
  • 1 Tbsp apple juice
  • 1 small chili pepper or 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamari soy suce
  • 2 tbsp fresh giner, minced

Directions
  1. Place nut butter, tea, apple juice, chili, garlic, tamari and ginger in blender container. Cover and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Dilute to desired consistency. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
