How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400*.
  • In a large bowl, mix vegetables, chicken and soup; spoon evenly into 4 (2-cup) oven proof bowls. Top with cheese.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder in medium bowl. With pastry blender, cut in cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Divide dough into 4 balls. Pat dough into 5" circles on lightly floured surface. Prick flattened dough with a fork to allow steam to escape. Place each biscuit on top of chicken mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let set 10 minutes before serving
