Ingredients

1 large spaghetti squash

3 carrots

1 medium zucchini

3 stalks celery

1 crown broccoli

1 medium onion

2 cloves garlic

2 cups heavy cream

2 teaspoons corn starch

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons italian seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cut and seed squash

cook in microwave 15 minutes or until cooked through.

dice all other vegetables and saute in butter until almost done, season to taste

mix corn starch into cream

stir into vegetables, simmer until thickened slightly

using a fork, scoop spaghetti squash onto serving plates

top with vegetables
