How to make it

  • Pound each piece of veal

  • Dip cutlets in egg ands then in bread crumbs
  • Heat butter hot but not smoking.
  • Saute cutlets golden on each side
  • Arrange cutlets on platter and garnish with lempn
  • Serve at once
