Easy Wienerschnitzel Breaded Veal Cutlets Recipe
Basic but delicious veal cutlets. Serve with wedges of lemon

Ingredients
  • 4 veal scallops or cutlets
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Lemon wedges

Directions
  1. Pound each piece of veal
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and flour
  3. Beat egg with water.
  4. Dip cutlets in egg ands then in bread crumbs
  5. Heat butter hot but not smoking.
  6. Saute cutlets golden on each side
  7. Arrange cutlets on platter and garnish with lempn
  8. Serve at once
