Mango Chutney Couscous

- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/3 cup mango chutney shopping list
- 1/4 cup loose pack frozen whole kernel corn shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2/3 cup plain uncooked couscous shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Combine water, chutney, corn, garlic, bouillon and pepper in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat then remove from heat and stir in couscous and bell pepper.
- Cover and allow to stand 8 minutes then fluff with fork and stir in green onions and cilantro.
