Apricot Glazed Carrots

- 1 (16 ounce bag) fresh baby carrots shopping list
- 1/3 C apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 Tbl butter shopping list
- 1 tsp orange rind, grated shopping list
- 2 Tbl orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Steam carrots, covered, 15 minutes or until tender, drain
- Meanwhile, combine preserves and butter in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until preserves and butter melt
- Stir in orange rind and next 3 ingredients
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
- Add carrots and toss to coat
- 5 - 1/2 cup servings
