How to make it

  • Steam carrots, covered, 15 minutes or until tender, drain
  • Meanwhile, combine preserves and butter in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat until preserves and butter melt
  • Stir in orange rind and next 3 ingredients
  • Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
  • Add carrots and toss to coat
  • 5 - 1/2 cup servings
