deep fried cream of corn

Ingredients
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • egg
  • bisquick pancake mix
  • oil

Directions
  1. mix eggs and bisquick mix
  2. make a batter
  3. drop a tablespoon of creamed corn in the batter
  4. then put in a fryer
  5. 1 minute or brown
  6. dry on a paper towel
  7. these are good appetizers
  8. jalapino can be added for an extra kick
