Mothers Pork Cake

This is Greatgrandma Dicken's ricpe. Not sure how many servings really, it's quite a large recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salt pork, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 pt (2 cups) strong coffee shopping list
- 4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 lb raisins shopping list
- 1 lb currants shopping list
- 1 Tbs cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 9 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp soda shopping list
How to make it
- combine all ingredients well
- bake in loaf pans at 350-375 until done.
