Ingredients
  • 1 can (28 oz.) Redpack Diced Tomatoes in juice
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) great northern beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1 can (29 oz.) Redpack Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper; to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
  • 8 oz. seashell pasta

Directions
  1. In a large stockpot, combine all above ingredients EXCEPT pasta.
  2. Bring to boil; cover and simmer for about 40 minutes
  3. Add pasta and cook uncovered, until pasta is tender; about 10 minutes
  4. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls
  5. Optional: Sprinkle mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
