Pasta Fagioli Soup

- 1 can (28 oz.) Redpack diced tomatoes in juice shopping list
- 2 cans (15 oz.) great northern beans shopping list
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) chopped spinach, drained shopping list
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can (29 oz.) Redpack tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- salt and Pepper; to taste shopping list
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped basil shopping list
- 8 oz. seashell pasta shopping list
How to make it
- In a large stockpot, combine all above ingredients EXCEPT pasta.
- Bring to boil; cover and simmer for about 40 minutes
- Add pasta and cook uncovered, until pasta is tender; about 10 minutes
- Ladle soup into individual serving bowls
- Optional: Sprinkle mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
