Great Ball of Tuna

- 1 can tuna shopping list
- 1 (8oz) block cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1 small onion, very finely minced shopping list
How to make it
- drain tuna extra well
- put in a bowl and separate with a fork
- mince onion very very fine (almost liquify)
- stir together onion, tuna, and cream cheese
- mash with fork to smooth
- shape into a ball with plastic wrap
- place in fridge to firm, about an hour but best overnight
- **serve with ritz crackers or other party crackers**
