This is a really easy party treat!! Don't tell 'em it's tuna...they'll never know!! Of course, you could use chicken instead I suppose!!

Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 (8oz) block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 small onion, very finely minced

Directions
  1. drain tuna extra well
  2. put in a bowl and separate with a fork
  3. mince onion very very fine (almost liquify)
  4. stir together onion, tuna, and cream cheese
  5. mash with fork to smooth
  6. shape into a ball with plastic wrap
  7. place in fridge to firm, about an hour but best overnight
  8. **serve with ritz crackers or other party crackers**
