Cherokee Tacos Recipe

	easy cheap beef tacos cheddar cheese garlic onion tomato

Ingredients

1 pound ground round

1 dozen corn tortillas

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 small white onion chopped

1 small tomato chopped

1/4 head shredded lettuce

Directions

Brown meat in iron skillet then add salt, pepper and garlic power.

Fry tortillas in hot fat in the shape of a shell.

Put a heaping tablespoon of meat into bottom of shell.

Top with chopped vegetables and serve with salsa.

LOL. I have no clue and wondered the same thing. These came from an estate sale that I purchased several years ago and I typed it right off the card as it was written. They realy are tasty. Hope you will give them a try.
