Miss Opals R L Easy Biscuits

These sound like "designer biscuits", and I guess they are 'cause Miss Opal, age 87, designed 'em! They taste like those delicious little gems from a famous restaurant!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, finely grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, cut the butter into Bisquick
- Add cheese and milk to mixture, stir briefly
- Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet
- Bake at 425 degrees until brown
- When done, dip into butter topping mixture
