15 Minute Parmesan Pasta Dinner Recipe
Easy and delicious - can also use leftover veggies and chicken!

  • 15 Minute Parmesan Pasta Dinner
  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta (rotini, tri-color - your choice of any)
  • 3 cups fresh or 1 pkg frozen broccoli florets (or leftover)
  • 1 clove garlic minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pkg (6oz) grilled chicken breast strips (or leftover)
  • 1/4 cup butter, margarine, or olive oil
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Prepare pasta as directed on pkg, add vegetables to pasta cooking water during last 5 minutes of cooking time, drain.
  • Cook and stir garlic and chicken breast strips in butter on medium heat 1-2 minutes or until garlic is tender, but not brown, and chicken is heated through. Add pasta and vegetables, toss lightly to coat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately!
