• 8 oz. uncooked pasta (rotini, tri-color - your choice of any) shopping list
• 3 cups fresh or 1 pkg frozen broccoli florets (or leftover) shopping list
• 1 clove garlic minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
• 1 pkg (6oz) grilled chicken breast strips (or leftover) shopping list
• 1/4 cup butter, margarine, or olive oil shopping list
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
• Prepare pasta as directed on pkg, add vegetables to pasta cooking water during last 5 minutes of cooking time, drain. shopping list
• Cook and stir garlic and chicken breast strips in butter on medium heat 1-2 minutes or until garlic is tender, but not brown, and chicken is heated through. Add pasta and vegetables, toss lightly to coat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately! shopping list
