Cold Day Easy Creole Bisque

- 2 tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, cut up and not drained shopping list
- 1/2 pound fish, such as sole, cod or haddock, cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 1/2 pound cut partially steamed asparagus or not-steamed zucchini shopping list
- 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 cup skim milk shopping list
How to make it
- Melt margarine, and stir in flour.
- Add salt, tomatoes, fish and asparagus or diced zucchini; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes.
- Combine cheese and milk in blender.
- Add to fish; heat to serving. Do not boil.
