  • Sauce:
  • Combine plum preserves, lemon juice, soy sauce,oil and sage (and whatever other spices tickle your. Place in a plastic bag.
  • To grill kebabs:
  • At the site, prepare grill. Thread pork on 4 skewers. Brush generously with sauce. Place kebabs on grill over medium heat. Grill, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with sauce, for 10-15 minutes, or until meat is tender and no longer pink. Heat remaing sauce ina small pan on grill(or make a pan out of aluminum foil). Serve heated sauce with kebabs.

    I use plums with chicken and duck. I think you are right, pork would work so nice with them, too.
