Moms Nut Cups

- Dough: shopping list
- 4 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 lb margarine (softened) shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature) shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 4 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 lb brown sugar shopping list
- 1 lb walnuts or pecans (chopped fine in food processor) shopping list
How to make it
- Dough:
- Cream margarine and cream cheese in bowl, mixing until blended.
- Add 4 cups flour, mix well.
- Filling:
- Melt the stick of margarine and place in large bowl.
- Add the 4 beaten eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Add the brown sugar and nuts and mix well.
- Place small balls of dough in bottom of miniature muffin tin.
- Form cup by patting dough up the sides to top of tin.
- Fill each cup with the nut filling a little more than half full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
