Ingredients

2 slices bread

1 16 0z tin beans

1 oz butter

3 oz grated cheese

1 fried egg

Directions

Toast your bread

Heat beans until warm

Fry your egg to you liking -

Butter your toast and top with beans

Top with fried egg, sprinkle over the cheese and grill until all melted.

Delicious!

Hi, Sorry, I've missed off a vital point about the beans, I always used heinz baked beans. The beans in a rich tomato sauce, not sure if they have the same name in the US though. Thanks for your comments.
