Hungarian potato Casserole

- 9 medium potatoes shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese,saftend shopping list
- 8 0z. sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter,melted shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1tbs salt shopping list
- water to cover potato. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potates in boiling water, add salt.
- Drain and peal the skin off.
- Mash potato with mixser until smooth,
- Add remaining ingred.
- Beat until mixed
- Put in lightly spray with pam 2qt casserol dish,
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Set out 10 minutes,
- Before baking sprinkle with paprika, and bake at 350 for 30 min.
- Enjoy.
