Cheddar and Onion Soup Chicken

- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour for coating shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil for browning shopping list
- 1 ounce package dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place flour in a shallow dish or bowl then heat oil in medium skillet over medium high heat.
- Dredge chicken in flour then brown in hot oil.
- Place browned chicken in a rectangular baking dish.
- Combine soup mix and boiling water in small bowl.
- Top chicken with cheese then soup mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
