Sausage Potatoe And Egg Casserole

- 8 slices of bread cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 package of frozen hash browns, thawed shopping list
- 1 lb of rolled sausage shopping list
- 1 sweet onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups half & half (or milk) shopping list
- 1 tsp Lawry’s season salt shopping list
- ½ tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook crumbled sausage and onion until brown. Drain well and set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray
- Layer with bread cubes
- Layer 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Layer with thawed hash browns
- Layer with crumbled cooked sausage and onion
- In a separate container, beat eggs with half & half, salt & pepper and pour over casserole
- Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until top is golden brown
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Serves 6-8 people
