How to make it

  • HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until browned.
  • ADD water, vegetables, oregano and Pasta. Bring to boil; simmer partially covered, 12 min. or until pasta is tender.
  • STIR in Cheese Sauce and tomatoes; cook until heated through.
  • NOTE:
  • Substitute 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves for fresh oregano.

    This was a big hit in my house last night. I made a couple of adjustments:
    Used the tomato water as part of the 2 cups of water and added mushrooms and red peppers. I just cut back on the water a bit cause the extra veggies produced more water. Also I used cooked dark meat that I had left over and it worked AMAZINGLY. Thank you for this recipe.
