How to make it

  • Cook the lentils in the water for about 30 minutes or until very soft.
  • While the lentils are cooking, saute the onions in about a Tbsp of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  • Add cumin, coriander, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute about 5-10 minutes more, then mix onions into lentils.
  • Add juice of 1 lemon and serve!

    I like it :) I have never made lentils by themselves, have a bag in the pantry, thius is easy enough where i can get the taste and not have to go all the way out.. Thanks!
