How to make it
- In a large cooking pot add 1 dozen eggs and enough water to cover.
- On high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
- Drain hot water and add cold water to cool down eggs. Add ice cubes and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs under running water to remove shell and place on a paper towel.
- Slice each egg length wise, and remove the yoke into a small bowl.
- Place egg white slices on a serving platter.
- Mash the yoke with a fork; add mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and 1 Tablespoon of milk. Stir thoroughly until creamy. If needed add remaining tablespoon of milk.
- Fill each egg white with yoke mixture, heaped high and covering the entire top of the white. Place back on to platter.
- Cut each green olive length wise so there is pimento in each half. Place two or four halves (your choice) on each egg. Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
