Ingredients
  • 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
  • (Tip: Eggs peel easily if they are at least 5-7 days old.)
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 12-14 small green olives stuffed with pimento
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. In a large cooking pot add 1 dozen eggs and enough water to cover.
  2. On high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain hot water and add cold water to cool down eggs. Add ice cubes and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel eggs under running water to remove shell and place on a paper towel.
  5. Slice each egg length wise, and remove the yoke into a small bowl.
  6. Place egg white slices on a serving platter.
  7. Mash the yoke with a fork; add mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and 1 Tablespoon of milk. Stir thoroughly until creamy. If needed add remaining tablespoon of milk.
  8. Fill each egg white with yoke mixture, heaped high and covering the entire top of the white. Place back on to platter.
  9. Cut each green olive length wise so there is pimento in each half. Place two or four halves (your choice) on each egg. Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
