Delicious recipe, I did improvise with cajun spices and fresh corn from the cob. Also added a few cubed potatoes.
Amazing so delicious in such a short time!

I made this again tonight and also used 3 boiled, cubed potatoes and 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp. It was a nice change and added a little bit more to this great recipe.

Congratulations DMajor. This is absolutely the best corn chowder recipe ever. I first made it a couple of months ago when the weather turned cold up here in New England. My wife took it to work for lunch, and I now have to make it for my wife and her coworkers; who have all said it is the best they've ever had. I've also had to print the recipe for several others who all agree it is the best. You've turned me into a corn chowder junkie. We've even had it for breakfast. Thanks again for a great recipe.
