How to make it

  • 1.Wash the Brinjal and cut in to 2 “pieces .
  • 2.Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt to the brinjal pieces
  • 3.Heat oil in the pan and fry the brinjal pieces. Care should be taken not to overcook the brinjal pieces.
  • 4.Transfer it in to a plate.
  • 5.Add cumin seeds and don’t let it burn. Add ganger garlic and onion paste and curry leaves and fry it when it is cooked add tomato puree in to it.
  • 6.Add sugar and chili powder ( according to taste).
  • 7.Mix it properly and add the fried brinjal pieces and add the soy sauce. Add the garam masala powder.
  • 8.Adjust the salt if required.
  • 9.Add little luke warm water if you need a gravy.
  • 10.Cook for 2 mins .
  • 11.serve with roti or rice
